Wrist Exercises – Benefit for the Arm Muscles

Wrist exercises have been a huge benefit to my overall fitness. I have had cases of tendinitis in both elbows. The Dyna-Flex power ball has been a savior for the pain.



The ball is a gyroscope inside of a plastic case. Once you get the hang of getting the gyroscope spinning it is quite easy. Hanging on to the ball puts the entire forearm into a gentle strain. As you lower your arm the strain will be felt in the forearm and the elbow. As you raise your arm the strain will be felt in the upper arm and shoulder.

The product comes with a video that instructs you how to operate the ball. As you become familiar with the ball you will find that you can workout separate muscles in your arm. It is a unique piece of exercise equipment! It is my favorite of all the portable exercise equipment that I have used. Try it.
