Healthy Diet Plan
A healthy diet plan is part of a fitness lifestyle. Write out 21 meals and 21 snacks for a one week schedule. This sounds like a lot, but really it is not. We are human and we can stand for some repetition. We don’t need 21 different snacks. We will be happy enough having the same snack more than once.
My daughter packs her lunch for school every day. She packs it in the same lunch box each day. The meal is the same each day. It is a good nutritious lunch and she enjoys it. Simple. Lets divide up the week to make it Easy! - Breakfast
- lunch
- dinner
- snacks
Here is my breakfast. I choose one of these meals each morning. They are easy to make. Each includes a glass of fruit juice and one of the following: - Bowl of Cereal with one cup of milk (three different types of cereal)
- sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin
- Four blueberry pancakes
- Four pieces of French toast
To really make this part of your lifestyle have seven breakfasts per week (3 hot and 4 cereal). Add your own, but keep it simple. After a couple of weeks you will find that breakfast is easy, it is nutritious and has good variety. Good! One quarter of the week is done. What we are going to do next is count the calories for each meal. Then we will move on to lunch, dinner and snacks. Keep in touch with my website!
