Fitness Equipment – The Wrist Wedge





A great piece of fitness equipment is the wrist wedge. The first unit I used was made by Marcy.

The unit fits like a cast brace over your forearm.

It can fit one of two ways.

The first way causes you to curl your forearm inward (as shown).

The alternate method is to pull the wrist up (with palm facing down).

The spring is mounted in a cassette and is adjustable. The spring can be adjusted from light (for endurance) to heavy (for low reps and strength).

My suggestion is to follow the Super Set pattern when working the wedge.
